1. Please fill the information and complete the payment via Online Payment System

2. Please email Payment Order ID & Payment Email to icwoc_general@vip.163.com and wait for the secretary‘s confirmation.
您需要将付款成功的ID和付款电子邮件发送会议邮箱，等待秘书确认

3. Confirmed by the conference secretary, then Delegate registration succeeds. Please print and bring Order ID & Payment Email file when you arrive.
秘书确认信息无误后会反馈邮件通知，参会时请携带付款成功的ID号参会

Attention!

  • For safety consideration, please take good care of your belongings in the public places. Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.

 

Registration Information

To be considered for final acceptance and publication, each paper MUST have at least one paid full registration by the registration deadline. Papers that do not adhere to this requirement will be excluded in the proceedings.

*Note-

被录取的文章，须在截止日前完成注册。注册细则会在录取通知书上说明，请在通知书上标注的截止时间之前完成文章注册工作。

 - One regular registration can cover a paper within SIX pages (Journal) / Five pages (Proceedings), including all figures, tables, and references. 

 - The Author(Student) price is only applied for the paper whose first author is student. Student' ID card copy should be attached for registration.学生价注册选项，请注意该文章的第一作者身份是学生，才可适用， 并在注册材料中附上学生证照片。

 - The additional paper price is only applied for the registered author who is the first author in both papers. One regular registration with one or more additional papers has only ONE proceedings copy. Additional paper registration precondition: The registered author should be the first author in both papers.  

- Refunds Policy
  • If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
    * 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
    * 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
    * Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
    Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
  • The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
  • Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.

    - Accepted full paper will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference and it'll be published in the conference proceedings. Accepted abstract will be invited to give the oral presentation at the conference, the presentation will not be published.

    - At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register with an author registration.
